Question 1

Who is Astryx for?

Accepted Answer

Businesses across the GCC and the Levant that want their stock, sales and numbers in one place: retail and fashion, luxury, watches and jewelry, cars and more — from a single store to a multi-branch group. If spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads still run your business, we build for you.

Question 2

What exactly do you build?

Accepted Answer

The software systems a business runs on: inventory and back office (cost, suppliers, consignment, branches, VAT), sales and CRM (WhatsApp inquiries, holds, private appointments, an online showroom), reporting and analytics for the owner (live dashboards, sales analytics, P&L, cost and margin, stock value), and AI that drafts replies, matches requests to stock and flags opportunities, all integrated with WhatsApp, payments, accounting and POS. Built end to end, in Arabic and English.

Question 3

Why not Shopify, Odoo or another off-the-shelf system?

Accepted Answer

They make every business work the same way. Yours doesn't: private clients, special orders, price on request and deals that close on WhatsApp. We build around how your business actually works — and connect the off-the-shelf tools worth keeping, like your accounting or POS.

Question 4

How do you protect our stock and client data?

Accepted Answer

Your client book and stock list are your most valuable assets, so we treat them that way: a mutual NDA before we see anything, role-based access so staff only see what they should (cost prices included), a log of every price and stock change, and hardened cloud hosting.

Question 5

How does a project start, and how is it priced?

Accepted Answer

Usually one of three: a two-week audit before you commit a build budget; an 8–16 week build; or a monthly retainer once something is live. Fixed scope and price after a call and a look at how you work. No public rate card.

Question 6

How long until our team is using it?

Accepted Answer

Audit: about two weeks. Build: typically 8–16 weeks, with a demo on your own stock every week. If the date isn't safe, we say so up front.

Question 7

Can it work with what we already use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We migrate your spreadsheets and connect WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, accounting and POS, so you never run two systems side by side.

Question 8

Do you build in Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Arabic, English and French in the product, with proper right-to-left layouts, not a plugin. The same languages in our working sessions.

Question 9

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

A Delaware company with a studio in Beirut, working Gulf hours for brands across the GCC and the Levant. Same people from the first call through launch — video when it matters, WhatsApp the rest.

Question 10

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp, email sales@astryx.tech, or tap Start a project on this page. We answer within a day, and the first call is with the people who'd build it.
